Are there any favored exp dungeons?

I know the 40s have AV and DD for pre-made exp yield rates, but are there any for lower levels than that? I want to test out places but friends aren't on yet. Doesn't necessarily have to be the best exp/hr sort of thing, just something that a group of friends can try to commit to for a change of pace from time to time.

I know exp parties in the open world are still an option, but they're a little far and few between. Plus, dungeons allow us to use varied level ranges thanks to the cap and exp scaling.

Personally, I queue for the dungeon closest to my current lvl, usually yields the best exp.

When i'm starting a new DPS class i just queue for the roulette (even if i already got the bonus) and get whatever dungeon comes up until i unlock Brayflox or Dzemael, then i just farm these because of the green sets that drops there (unless you're crafting or buying from the market then just queue for the last 2-3 dungeons available).
