What I do is keep only 10 people in the blacklist at a time, every once in a while after blacklisting someone, I delete a few of the oldest ones until I'm back to ten, problem solved.

Perhaps if the blacklist were only for gilspammers, that might work. But the blacklist is ostensibly for blocking annoying players. Unfortunately, there's no way to determine if you blacklisted someone because they were annoying or because they were gilspamming...
