Ps4 lag spikes

Well, i have been having this lag spikes since i upgraded to ps4 i used to do titan x with no problems on ps3 but now on ps4 i cant its been like this since early acces, i didnt gave it too much importance cause other stuff i can do it with this lag spikes but titan x is impossible i have a download speed of 28 mb and upload speed of 2 mb so, what can i do to solve this problem? Port fowarding? And if yes wich ports? My upload speed is too low? Its very frustrating also my ping is like 12ms sometimes is 30ms on some tests and i dont want this lag spikes to kill me =(

maybe do a ping test to the server u playing on. ip address is on arrstatus website. if u use winmtr u could do a test for few hrs to see if theres any packet loss which u could try on your computer. not sure how you can go about checking it on ps4 tho. but 12ms which your saying u have for ping doesnt really sound like u tested it to server since should be higher then that i reckon. if u used speedtest to do the latency test thats only local it wont show it to the game server thats why i recommend what i said first.
