Destroy the nail(s).

Wear your best armor; HQ if possible. If you are talking about the Ifrit with a party just get those nails. If you are talking about the Ifrit avatar that floats around following Summoner then get the nail AND if you fail repeat it over and over without leaving the zone and the difficulty will auto reduce per number of tries (idk the ratio).
