Company Crest on gear-can't see

Some pieces of gear its really hard to see the company crest when it is applied.

Example: On the Weathered Auroral Tabard, it is placed on the back of the neck. Not only is it behind my weapon where no one will see it, but even with weapon display turned off, its under my hair, where no one will see it either. It took a couple FC mates just to find it in the first place in a weird variation of Where's Waldo.

Anyway we could get the crest placement in a more visible area?

I just added my FC crest to my Late Allagan Armor of Aiming, but I can't see it. I don't even know if it's behind my hair because I'd have to go change my hair to find out. Could it be moved somewhere, like a shoulder-badge?
