So if you jump off the map or something... here is the question will GMs help you or tell you to wait the 30mins cooldown for return >.>
I think there should just be designated jump areas. No being able to jump randomly, only where it is needed.
Kinda like XIII but on a larger and grandeur scale.
I vote for no restrictions, but I don't really see that happening lol
So a pointless gimmick?

I like you Ilean.
Or they could just disable the jump function in cities outright. All they need to do is put transparent block on city areas so people can't jump and climb up in cities... not hard to do and pretty basic stuff in 'most' games. Just like old school 2D RPG they tell the map sections which part of the map is walkable (land) and which ones are not walkable (water) same thing applies for 3D just like how FFXIV's cliff works, like limsa for example right now there is transparent wall so you can't drop off on the areas without any rails (hope you can jump off later though...)
A gimmick? umm XIII, yes it was.
What i'm talking about is whenever you walk towards or are near something where it is required
to jump it does automatically. So, really its jump implemented everywhere its needed.
Cliff? jump. Hill? jump. Gap? jump.
Not - Adventure guild, top of stairs, on a boat, on a plane or in an automobile.
Jeeze. Not tiny points far and few between and glowing circles you nit wit.
Why the hell would anyone want that?

at about 5min, HORRIBLE game.
But along the lines of that.
Only being able to jump when needed and not having to push a button.
But ill probably get blasted for this post anyhow.
