IB off gcd HAHAH never will that ever happen. Nor should it since it is plenty powerful as it is right now. You are probably just using it wrong.

Foresight is good, when you know its going to be large physical damage and stack it with another DR ability. It's also good for tanking mulitmobs who are auto attacking you to death.
Keep in mind this is a percentage based off of your defense, which means its only going to get better as our stats scale up in future patches.

Also Warriors have some of the best Cross class skills in the game, your suggestions are subpar. Just ask a paladin about his cross class, im sure he would be glad to swap with you.
