Missing Grand Company Chocobo Barding

Noticed it a few days earlier, but am not sure when it first occurred.

The default Lominsan Saddle is missing.

The second screenshot shows that I've acquired all Grand Company chocobo bardings. So the saddle should be on my barding list.

I've checked with friends and it seems that I'm the only one in my group that's affected by it.

Would appreciate if the Lominsan Saddle is returned to my account.

Found a thread with a similar issue, but was not allowed to reply to it.

I had this happen to me too. I was in Twin Adder for achievements. I switched back to Maelstrom and I got the missing barding.

Thanks Magnesium02! Good to hear that it can be fixed. Will give this a try once I'm done with the Twin Adders. Pity that it'll set me back 50k gold though.

The Grand Company barding can only be used if you're a member of that actual Grand Company - if you switch companies you're forbidden to use another Company's barding until you change back to it (for instance, if you signed up with the Maelstrom and then switched to the Twin Adders, like your screenshot seems to suggest, you cannot equip the Maelstrom barding - you'll only be allowed to equip Twin Adder barding). I'm pretty sure the Active Help actually mentioned this when you first purchase company barding.

Am aware of this. If you look at the screen shot again, the problem is not that I cannot equip the saddle, but that the saddle is entirely missing. Given that it's the default saddle, and that I already have the other three Lominsan Bardings acquired using seals, this should not be the case. For example, even though I can't equip the Ul 'Dahn Saddle, it's still listed as a greyed out option. Thanks for replying and trying to help though. Appreciate it.

Oops! I'm sorry I didn't look at the screenshot close enough. You're right, that is odd. This sounds like a bug so you should put a bug report in and hopefully SE will be able to fix it.
