Like I said I have been in fights primary Titan Extreme we are on the heart phase and I know for fact we don't need to LB but someone will always say LB. I don't heart get killed. Now a healer is down so is one tank and a dps. Other healer LB and they are now all up. Now if I would've use it when they said I'm sure the party would've wiped. Like OP said I know when and when not to LB.

Right, I agreed with that. This is what I said after I agreed with your comment, as well as the point I was trying to make -

Just letting a full LB sit there for no reason doesn't make any sense.

I only tell other DPS to use LB when I see that it is not going to be used when it should be. There are times for caster LB and times for melee LB. But nobody needs a LB when the boss is down at 1% lol.

Most of the time, I am more the "use it when it is ready" - type of guy. If you use it when it is available, you will have it back and ready for use quicker. Exceptions granted of course.

What I love is when you are in a party and talk about who uses LB. If it is supposed to be you, you can be sure your LB will be interrupted because the other DD used it a second before you did haha. When you ask why he did it although we talked about it, answer is most of the time “I thought you forgot about it”. But the more honest answer would be “I just love to use LB, I love it, love it, love it”.

I was ordered to use LB on a single TRASH mob in a low level donjon, I saw no reasons to do it and dint do it, I was kicked for asking what was the reason to use LB on a trash mob when we killed it without problem ....the reason was

you just do what I tell you to do (the tank said so).

and after that I was booted.

There are idiots allover...at the end though, you can ask, but who holds the button is you, if you use it or not is entirely up to you....and nothign the rest can do.

I used my BLM LB on a single boss as the DRG was kind of in auto kill mod and dint realize that it was a matter of life and death, so I used my mass LB for a single target...worked fine.

I also noticed that often then not, people forget that a LB can be used for somethign else then killing, like healing....but that is another story...and god forbid if a healer uses it for that..*lol*

? It's not a insult to your person, and as a DPS main, I prefer someone else telling me when to LB out of respect. Really. There isn't anything wrong with giving someone instructions during a content in this game, it's part of being a team.

Team work isn't a bad thing.

nobody sais is an insult. You can ask, NOT order, but ask, yes indeed, yet what you cant do, is insult this or that ofr NOT complying with what you asked.

Teamwork doesnt work one way or the other, everybody has a responsability, how they want to exercice it is up to them, not up to you to force them to use something just because you asked, eh?

You remind me my nephew that expected us to answer him *yes* each time he did ask for something and added the magical word *please*...is not granted, same as what you ask isnt granted that it will be followed.

I never tell ppl when to LB, I am not a confrontational type. I want to believe ppl know what to do. But having done like my fifth run of no LB used for total instance (sure it's halitali hm but why not use?) and idk how many runs that the healers has decided to only stoneskin the tank. Yea not even herself. I have to just shake my head and hope Archeage will have human players and not bots running instances. So consider Op that maybe the person telling u to LB has encountered such types and doesn't want to just TRUST anymore.

Edit: It is so bad that a tank in a recent run buffed the party with stoneskin, White mage just looked on unashamed.

Only place thats needed to fully skin the party is coil. Dungeons bosses don't do enough damage.

why does it seem almost every dungeon theres always someone who likes to tell others when to use a LB? at this point its quite annoying when the class i play most is dps class and have ran every dungeon multiple times with multiple classes. do i tell the tank how to play or the healer when to pull off their moves? no. you trust the person playing.

stick to your class and i'll stick to mine. and anyways, you don't NEED a limit break to really beat anything.

Honestly, a reminder never hurts. Even I after countless dungeon/primal runs forget to LB from time to time. As for needing it, sometimes it's the difference between success and failure.
