Correct me if I am wrong, but isn't/wasn't Tank level 3 used for Ultima HM?

Also, BRD using level 3 tends to be a godsend when runs are getting a bit out of hand for the healers.

the level 3 healer limit break rarely saves the day in my experience. 90% of the time when it's used, everybody quickly dies again because of weakness.
