Eh, pretty much with him. I don't let anyone tell me what to do or how to play if their being bossy about it.

Any way you roll it if someone is "telling" you what to do instead of asking or suggesting, they're being a-holes.

It's a video game, nothing to get obsessive over.

And even if everybody tells me when to use LB as a DPS, I can take revenge and point out we're in a boss battle and they still haven't used Shield Oath/Defiance.

The thing is, people like to save an LB and never use it sometimes. I've gone through entire dungeons where we only used the LB at the final boss because I was Tank or something. If I'm a DD, I use it at the beginning of the fight if the bar will not extend to 2, or if we do a big pull on something. There's no reason to hoard it like it's a 5 minute cooldown like Hallowed Ground. I even see some Healers never use Shroud of Saints at all and they get enmity from AoE healing. It's kinda awkward when you ask them "you have Shroud of Saints right? Because you're not popping it when your MP is at 75%, or 50%, or ever. So just wondering..."

Use it, or you literally just waste time storing up something that can't be used.

That is why we're here isn't it? If a good majority of DPS didn't have to be told what to do, we wouldn't have the ones that do know get so indignant about being told. Not that they should anyways; it's not personal.

May be a dick thing to do, but then again not using it could be considered the same.

Sorry, as a healer main, I'ma be an ass and use it just because it's prettiful or actually need it if something goes horribly wrong.
The limit break system is stupid anyways. Who here has seen the 3rd tank LB?
Or ever really seen the LB being used outside the DPS.
They only made it useful for the melee DPS and the occasionally BLM/SMN for like Ifrit Hard nails. >_>

I agree with OP at the end, you don't really NEED to limit breaks for anything.
Dunno about coil, never did it. I wish we had personal LB's though.

Correct me if I am wrong, but isn't/wasn't Tank level 3 used for Ultima HM?

Also, BRD using level 3 tends to be a godsend when runs are getting a bit out of hand for the healers.

Never did Ultima, but it'll be nice to see the limit breaks uses for everyone class instead of almost always
the DPS. :/
