    unable to update patch files

    i lasted played back in November and love this game had do issues downloading on to my ps3 but after my sub ran out i deleted the game from my hard drive since i only have an 80g one and now after renewing yesterday afternoon ive tried to redownload but now im getting this unable to patch files error and i have no idea what to do or how to fix it please help
