FC leadership and structure

I'd like to see an option available to FC's. A dictatorship style FC choice in which one person is solely responsible for all decisions concerning the FC (current way) or a board option in which a minimum of 3 ppl are all given admin permissions and unanimous consent is required when making administrtative changes

I still don't understand your suggestion. As a FC Leader, I can Choose who gets what permissions and I have up to 15 different Ranks I can customize with permissions, If I need that many. If you are talking about Running your FC with more of a Counsel approach, that's your choice but does not require code changing.
