Account Hacked, Soul Crystals and other items dropped cannot get them back?

My account was hacked back in October and lost everything. They dropped all of my items and sold the rest. I called and recovered my account and applied for an account restoration and a few months later I received and email stating the account item restoration was complete. After logging in, everything was still the same and I was missing everything still. Is there anyway for me to get these items back or should I just create a new character because I can't play my classes without my Soul Crystals.

I mean, I can do that but I've put a lot of time and effort into my character and would rather not start over again.

If GM can't do that for you, what else choice do you have?

Some items you can get back by purchasing them from the calamity salvager, but that's not going to get you all your stuff.

You could call the SE support center, they are known for their horrible service so you may just be out of luck unfortunately but its still worth a try. Definitely get the 1-time password app or item if you do reroll or keep playing.

I've contacted SE Support over 10 times, and have got nothing but people who don't want to help me. It's sad but seems like I have no other choice but to reroll.

wait !!! Soul Crystals you can't despose , look them in items or on retainers !!!!! all other important things like relic/af u can buy from Calamity savager . It really bad stuff happened with ya ; ;

I know Soul Crystal's can't be disposed now, but when my account was hacked back in Oct. 2013 you must have been able to sell/dispose of them because I have literally searched everywhere and I cannot find them ; ;
