You Know I thought that as well but I have been told otherwise that the speed boost does in fact share across the party by multiple people, the speed boost is minor enough that is difficult to tell and i have never tested it myself. Though here is to hoping it is party wide.

honestly,im glad its a lancer only ability...maybe im just selfish.I honestly leveled lancer up for that exact reason and it is why it is my main lol.i knew auto attack would be implimented some day and that no other class had haste..lancer was the only way to go.

well is not like is restrict to Lancer class only, so having it on your other class may benefit it as well

Not sure what you're referring to, but if it's Speed Surge, than yes, it is a Lancer-only ability.

Yeah twisting vice was by far the best skill in game, wonder if it still drains any TP? if so it will still serve as a Weapon skill interrupt and moonrise II will become more useful.

It still does, or at least the description says so. Previously I believe it completely wipe TP to 0 (Like that gigatoad skill), but now it's more like TP bleed by fixed amount.
