Novus will use sphere scrolls and not mythology, the materials will be obtained through various means so even if you can buy them, you are by NO means required to use them to complete the weapon them.

LOL @ all the people thinking an item which requires no skill will equal weapons from t9 which does require skill.

Upgraded relics will always be lesser than high end dungeon weapons.
