Will the new hard mode dungeons have an ilvl requirement of 70+? reasoning explained below.

The first set of hard mode dungeons was designed to be after a player finishes the 2.1 storline, the second set goes with 2.2. Even accounting for new players by the time they finish these storyline parts they will have completed at least 3 dungeons that drop i55 gear, and had one week of soldiery, which means they made about 700-900 myth while doing this(ignoring roulette). And should have completed the hard mode primal if not at least downed garuda. This means that their avg ilvl of players that reach that first set of dungeon should be around i60, by the time they get to the second set(the ex). Through the process of caping soldier(which a brand new player is not expected to cap soldiery right away) that first week they get 50 they will do dungeons by the time all those dungeons are done it would be near impossible(super unlucky) to not be i65+. Then you have the newest dungeons, which for some reason were i55. By the time you finish all three of those once, you will have a couple more pieces of i70 gear, and some more myth/soldier. There is no reason or excuse for these new dungeons to not be i70 and drop i80 gear. IT would nice to have a relevant dungeon again.
