But RMT spam hasn't been reduced for month now. SquareEnix keeps announcing RMT spammers being punished, but doesn't effect the amount of frustrating spam we see everyday.

What steps are being done to stop this? Can we have an option to block tells for people not on our friend's list? Can there be a limit to maybe 10 tells to strangers per hour?

just to add to this 200 blist spaces is clearly not enough for your ever losing war against this will there be any type of increase in blist spaces
