Duty Roulette

Is there any plan to have some kind of punishment for people that once they join the roulette and they don't like it they just drop out before starting?
Sometime we wait for 30 minutes and they destroy the experience. (sometime like people with high drop out issue get a big penalty)

Even with the new changes to FC point acquisition, it has been difficult to generate FC points with a smaller FC when the majority do not concentrate on non-dungeon/raiding content. Will there be further adjustments to FC point acquisition?

I would like to request on behalf of the community at large that we are given the dates for FanFest at the three locations of Tokyo, Vegas and London. The reason for this is because the prices of hotels and airfare goes up the closer to the date of travel. Many of us would like to go but waiting until the last minute is not really an option. Some will need to book time off work, plan around family, etc.
Even if you are unable to answer it now, I do hope you can tell us much sooner so that we can help our excitement build as we get closer and closer to the event.

Will the new Artifact Armor be added in 2.3,and if not when do you think you will add it and do you plan to add new gear in 2.3?

Are there any new ideas/modes for PVP in the coming future? And has a similar system to PVP from Final fantasy XI ever been considered? Rather than kill everyone and win, ballista was more like a sport throwing points into a goal (petra into rook) after kills, making it more strategic and longer lasting games. I think it could work great with FFXIV mechanics.
