I was wondering why i hadn't seen anything on this either. They did say they would increase it every two weeks from 2.2 up to 30% i thought. Some kind of notice that it is delayed would have been nice.....

I think you are confusing what the issue is. The Coil buff does not need a patch and it is likely that the buff happened last night during the maintenance. The issue is that the community started the rumor that tomorrow would be 2.28 so people were looking for a patch, not just a coil buff.

Fair point. I wasn't sure if they actually needed to patch it or if it could be a live adjustment. To put it simply, can anyone confirm if the buff has been increased or not?

No one started the 2.28 rumour, that 2.28 is this week. In fact most people expected this week to be 2.26 and 2 weeks later, 2.28

The coil buff will come with a patch because all changed are recorded in a patch note which serves as a change log. Like I mentioned earlier, 2.21 is the example - 2.21 is just the start of the first coil buff.

And the 20% buff was due for more than 24hrs according to Patch 2.2's schedule. No changes in coil - just came out of it.
