Missing items from CE edition of game

Hi,

I have just recently purchased the CE edition of the game and I have had a couple of issues getting the items from the mailbox.

The helm of light didn't show in my inventory and the barding just disappeared when I used it.

Copying a thread from earlier as I am having this exact issue:

I pulled all of the CE items out of my mailbox when I first rolled my character. I got the mount and the pet just fine but I received an eternal mail error when I tried to take out my Helm of Light.

I received the Behemoth Barding initially as well and used it. I'm now level 30 with all the chocobo related quests completed and the barding is unable to be found. I checked the equipment menu for my Chocobo and I'm able to take off his company things but there is no Behemoth Barding available.

Is the letter still in the opened section of the Moogle mail? That mail error is rather common. You should find it still attached to the letter in the opened section.

Can't help with the barding problem.

Unfortunately not. I double checked that.

They have all had their attachment removed.
