    Psh, I've been in that situation many times, where the team agrees one something but the tank decides to do whatever he wants, or is constantly insulting everyone. As a healer I simply let them die to let them know they they arent in charge. Then they either rage quit or the group kicks them and I ask in LS or FC chat if there's any tank available to replace them.
