And a huge bump to this thread which seems to me one of the major issue of FFXIV since its release, way before content or anything.

This doesn't happen only in town to some people, including myself, it is just happening all the time. I know a lot of things have to be reworked on this game but we won't be able to enjoy anything properly without a major engine optimization for PC and getting rid of all these problems.
