I not do Miasma 2 if there only single target

Miasma 2 is lower DPS per GCD than Ruin 2, I will just put up Raging Strike first and then 3 DOTs + Contagion then wait a sec for Bio and then Fester then Swiftcast + Shadows Flare and then spam Ruin 2 or Ruin 1 depends on MP

Miasma 2 is best use when you see target more than 2, otherwise, just skip it
