Question about OT t6 super slug CD timing

Quick question about ot\\'ing t6. If you are doing the super slug method...When is it appropriate to use hallowed ground? Do you wait until the slug becomes a super slug after eating the honey or do you pop hallowed right after acid rain drops? Also, while kiting the slugs, do you need to be in the rotten stench aoe as well?

pop hallowed right when it becomes a super slug. The leftover slugs can be dealt with by either you kiting, and in which case not worrying about being in the lazer (makes healers spend more mana on aoes) or by just standing at the boss with the rest of the group, dpsing the boss (even if its just a little), but that also puts a little stress on healers cuz they have to single target heal you, though usually just a cure3 works out.

Like Tzukuma said, you can hallowed ground as soon as the slug becomes super slug. LB should go out immediately bringing it low and DPS should kill it soon after. You can kite the slugs but my group find it easier to kill them so the OT only has to kite 3 slugs after the second leaf storm. While kiting slugs, you don't have to be in rotten stench as there will be other 6 people to share the AOE dealing negligible damage to each person.

if you gonna kill the super slug , might as well kill the 2 small slug afterward instead of kiting them. once you do, OT can go and help DPS the boss. (you got 120 ish DPS when OT help killing the boss, which still better than having him running around and do 0 dps.) <-- assuming he PLD

120 dps is incredibly low imo. Should be pulling about 140-150 dps as OT even with i90 gear. When I OT, I can usually get spike burst dps of 180-200

you right ;P my bad on that. 120 was with shield oath on forgot to mention ;P with DPS stand it should be some where between 190 ish DPS.

my group use to do super slug but we have to change it to ignore slug and burn boss (this include OT atking the boss while holding 3 small slug.) that where I got my DPS from :P

with all the new gear my group barely got 1 BAR LB when the slug pop ;(

if you flash them enough time and cycle your CD. you can stand close to the party and help DPS boss and just have healer AoE heal you with every1 else.
