That BSOD stop code will help greatly. We clearly don't have enough information without it, as of yet.

If you cant take a picture of it, have a pen and paper ready to record the code a few digits at a time.

If it is as frequent as you are suggesting, that should be of no trouble for you.

Side note: Most BSOD errors are caused by hardware issues, not software. If it only happens when playing XIV, that could indicate something like a videocard, power supply, cpu, or hard drive is (in layman's terms) being worked/overworked in a way that is causing it to break down and cry in its little computer corner.
