Options for the NPC Text Box!?

I play ffxi for 6years and i really like the layout of it so this is how i have ffxiv look like close to ffxi layout.

that wouldn't be a bad layout IF some of the windows had click-through ability and/or could be locked. I would accidentally move around most of that stuff during combat. Might be good for a gamepad player tho, but not a kbd/mouse player.
