Options for the NPC Text Box!?

I dunno if this bothers anyone else, or how you setup your UI, but this has been annoying me since beta. Its that dern NPC dialog box that appears whenever you talk with an NPC. I don't hate it, per say, but I'd love it if we had an option to turn it off, or in the very least, be able to move and resize it!

I really like the way the UI looks in FFXI, played it for 5+ years and its grown on me, so I tried to recreate its look as closely as possible here in XIV. However that NPC dialog box overlaps my main chat box, causing the words to overlap and become difficult to read, and I'd much rather read what they say directly from my box instead.

And while we're on a similar subject, can we please get more color options for various texts. I want to make the NPC text yellow, and make items acquired stand out from the normal text...etc
