Options for the NPC Text Box!?

I like the NPC text box just cause it gives me a nice spot to read what they say without having to worry about it getting pushed out of the chat log by other people talking. That said, I agree that we should have the option to move it. I like to arrange my UI juuuuuust right and this is one of the few elements that I can't manipulate.

They could just redesign it to how it works in XI. If you're engaged in NPC dialog and it gets to the point of being pushed out of the box by other chat from your LS or the random say, etc ~ it'd pop out along the top of the chat window for 2-3 lines so you don't miss it. And another feature that would be great is being able to expand your chat window to full screen instantly as you could in XI, and then cycle through the various chat tabs.
