    Macro for whispering dawn?

    **EDIT**

Okay so I got it to work, I'll list the working macro below for anyone who is interested in using it. All credits go to croakstar and his guide, all I did was add a 2.5s wait to make Eos follow again.

    **EDIT**

So I'm trying to make a macro to use Rouse, Fey Illumination and Whispering Dawn all at once, one button press. I'm using a controller on ps4 so saving the space is awesome, and if Rouse is ever on cooldown it'll still use Whispering Dawn anyways.

I tried the one found here (I'll type out the macro at the bottom for people who don't want to use the link), and it works great, except it makes the pet stay in place and I forget about it all the time, and end up needing to re-summon Eos in battle, which is quite annoying. I tried adding /pac Heel to the end of it but it doesn't seem to work.

I broke it when trying to remove the /pac Stay, and now it requires multiple pressed to make Eos actually use Whispering Dawn. Is there any way to either make Eos follow me again using that macro, or is there another way to do it where she'll use both Whispering Dawn and Fey Illumination with one press?

    The Macro:

    /macroicon "Whispering Dawn" pet Eos
    /ac "rouse"
    /pac stay
    /pac "Fey Illumination"
    /wait
    /pac stay
    /pac "Whispering Dawn"
    /wait 2.5
    /pac heel

Remember that if you use another macro or if your fairy sees somebody with low health, Embrace will cancel out the rest of the macro, meaning you might have to spam it a few times for the fairy to be forced to use both skills. That's just what I end up doing xD Great macro though!

You shouldnt bind illumination with dawn, there are many ocasions where you'll want to use illumination alone and saving dawn for something else.
what you want is a simple rouse+dawn, same cd, so they should always be used together.
    /micon 'Whispering Dawn"
    /ac "Rouse" <pet>
    /pac "Whispering Dawn" <me>

Key bind the other 2 eos abilities and use them proprelly.
you can always use illumination(on your keybind) and pop the macro as soon the skill go out.

Wel I prefer do not use "wait" comands on healers because in high level dungeons you need to move a lot and wait for the chains commands going to be a bad situation. I recomend use a macros that combines a pet action and self actions because at the end there isnt waiting time and more coordinated skils with your pet (if u are a scholar).

When WD is down and you need to pump out some aoe healing, or when you just want a healing boost in general and don't want to tie it to an aoe heal. Also you can pop fey earlier and wait till it has like 5 seconds left to let WD take advantage of it.

That's kind of a recursive argument. You don't use Illumination with WD because it'll be down...?

Sometimes fey+WD is unnecessary because WD will be able to bring people back up just fine without it, so I would rather hold onto fey in case of emergency. If I'm using fey+WD it's because I know for these next 20+ seconds I'm going to need some strong healing and I won't be defenseless for the 40 seconds while WD recharges. For example in T6 during chains / stench If I use fey with WD I will have basically nothing to help me for the next one, because both will still be on CD. However in T7 I chain them together for the archers because it's one of the few(only?) AoE parts of the fight.

As a Scholar, you need to accept that your heals are not as strong as a WHM and we have our pets and their respective abilities to our disposal to assist us in our healing capacity.
As such you need each and every healing boost at your disposal.

My macro's from memory...pardon any errors.

    Rouse Whispering Dawn:
    /micon "rouse"
    /ac "rouse" <me>
    /pac "whispering dawn" <me>

    Obey:
    /micon "obey"
    /pac "obey" <me>
    /pac "embrace" <me>
    /pac heel <me>

    Embrace/Physick:
    /micon "physick"
    /ac "physick" <t>
    /pac "embrace" <t>

You can throw in <mo> here too if you are on PC.
As far as I know there is no required wait.

Your pet needs to be on heel and obey at all times.
Your Physick and her Embrace needs to be linked and on macro.
Rouse and Whispering Dawn needs to be linked and on macro.
Fey Illumination is on my hotbar on it's own skill and use this when the shit goes down.
Know when to place your pet and when not to place your pet.

Scholars needs to focus on damage prevention and reduction as opposed to damage healing.
It is a small but vital concept that needs to be understood and accepted before you continue as a Scholar.

I am always looking to better my scholar, so any advice or information is gladly accepted.
