Supply and provisioning missions: There are pointlessly two different reset times.

Resets always happen for me at 20:00 UCT, regardless of what the Timer's telling me.

If this was the case, this would be 2 PM my time. But that's not how it happens for me. Yesterday, I had someone check the list for me at about 11 AM or noon my time to tell me what was there, and I turned all of the items in at 10 PM. The list was still the same at that time.

Note that I don't doubt you! Just... obviously this is completely effed and needs a LOT more transparency....

I've only been doing these for about 3-4 days now so I haven't experienced the varying reset times you all mention yet. For me it seems to happen somewhere in the 8AM-11AM timeframe.
