Supply and provisioning missions: There are pointlessly two different reset times.

I've noticed problems with this as well. The reset time for the missions seems to be late in the afternoon for me, and no where near any time that is listed in the allowance window. I tembers a Tim when I was lower level I had checked the list in the morning and spent all day getting and making the items, only for the whole list to change that afternoon when I went to turn them in. Rather a weird time to have everything reset if you ask me.

This has happened to me multiple times as well. It's not that the supply and provisioning missions reset at different times, it's that the whole list resets at a random time that has absolutely nothing to do with the date and time or the time remaining that are shown in the log. I've seen it reset at various times of day, both RL and Eorzean. It's reset when the time remaining showed over 10 hours to go, or as few as 2. I tracked it for a week RL after getting frustrated with wasting my time collecting items only for the list to reset, and I couldn't figure out how it works. All i know is that it definitely WON'T reset when the timer log states. :P
