http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Proof_by_assertionSorry once again I have to inform you that no you are entirely mistaken. That is not what the vote kick system is intended for. Please remove the fingers shoved in your ears and if possible lose that negative personality of yours. If you kick someone for watching the cut scenes you will be abusing the system and can have action taken against you. Sorry, but there is no excuse for your poor and vile behavior.

Sorry, read the reasons SE endorses for vote kicking. You will find you have no grounds to kick them for watching the cut scenes. That is just the pure and simple truth of it. I can see now no one will be able to convince you of your wrong behavior no matter what is said you will simply ignore it for your own sake.
As stated before, harassment. This is just the pure and simple truth of it. I'm sorry that you refuse to listen to reason. I hope your real life goes better for you than this thread did, but I have a feeling it's going to be really rough. My condolencesSorry, read the reasons SE endorses for vote kicking. Watching the cut scenes is not and never will be harassment. I'm sorry you feel that way. Which I think it was it has boiled down to, you don't want to be wrong. It isn't harassment and it bugs you. I am sorry, but life is about accepting things and in this case you need to accept that watching the cut scenes is not harassment, no matter how much you wish it was. Thank you for you best wishes. Life for me is pretty grand atm and I don't see that changing. But your warm thoughts are appreciated. See, I knew you had a positive personality in there somewhere!
Sorry, but you are just incorrect on pretty much all fronts. None of it bugs me. The fact of the matter is when there 8 people in a grp, and 7 of them vote to kick someone for holding up the group, it's 100% legit. People can talk all they want how those 7 people are going to get banned yadda yadda yadda, but at the end of the day those 7 people are going to go on with their dungeon, and that one person is (hopefully) going to learn that they are no more special than anyone else, and when placed in a random grp with randoms, it's best to go along with the group and not expect everyone else to accommodate you.
And if that kicked player chooses to press action against the abuse of the kick system that is well within their right per policy and the 7 other people will just have to accept they abused the system and face whatever consequences potentially come to them.
Then the kicked player might get in trouble for abusing the report function.
Except if your doing a duty roulette designed to help new players and give veterans a reward for helping new players, to vote kick based only for watching cut scenes and nothing else is a violation to their TOS. Abuse of the system, really. Square Enix takes that very seriously. Did I not mention it goes against everything the Duty Roulette was designed for?Sorry, but you are just incorrect on pretty much all fronts. None of it bugs me. I'm with the "make the level 50 dungeon cut scenes mandatory" and unskippable but double or triple the mythology reward.
If your going to do the Main Scenario Duty Roulette(Or the low level roulette), expect new people and expect to be waiting for the cut scenes. Your suppose to be helping them, not yourself. If your only there for yourself and your farming it, then don't do the Duty Roulette. Sure, it would suck for you but you could double or triple your myth count with a bayflox hard mode run with Party Finder. Way easier and you can speedrun it to your heart's desire.
This guy is just a troll and clearly a good example why we can't have nice things.

Learned that a few pages ago lol. And for the record here are the reasons vote kick is supposed to be used for:Sorry, read the reasons SE endorses for vote kicking. AFK - For people who queue and then leave the keyboard, expecting to be carried. They physically are no longer at their computers.
Harassment - They are being rude aka, insulting people, making real life threats, or griefing by pulling more stuff than the group can reasonably handle with the intent of killing the group
Offline - They've disconnected and has been some time since they disconnected. Usually this could be caused by loss of power on their end, and no reason to keep someone who could be gone for hours.
Cheating - Someone who is clearly exploiting a bug or using hacks.
Those are the only reasons to vote kick. Watching a cut scene does not fall under any of them categories, because they are a feature of the game, they start automatically, and skipping right now, is optional. The best fix for this is to make the cut scenes in CM and Prae unskippable.
