Experience Fatigue

My character's main class is Marauder and has had the yellow numbers of experience fatigue for over 3 months. I took a 2 month break during this time hoping the fatigue would finally go away, and upon logging back in, it remains.

So I started leveling other jobs, for a whole month, on many different jobs, finally switching back to Marauder in hopes of the fatigue finally off. It remains still. I submitted a bug report on the issue and was wondering if this has happened to anyone else.

It doesn't go away until you attack something. Also, fatigue is going away period in the next patch.
