64-Bit and DirectX 11

I think I am confused on something. I read a forum post a very long time ago or maybe it was an interview on the web with Yoshi-P but didn't they say DX11 and 64Bit would be bundled together and released at the same time?

I think I missed that part. but it would make sense that the DX11 client be 64 bit. we will have to wait and see
