Okay, first, stop telling the OP how to feel unless you also suffer from gender dysphoria. When you're trans, being gendered incorrectly is like being reminded you lost a loved one in 9/11 or broke both legs in a skiing accident. You can't turn off your triggers just because other people might trip them by accident.

Second, I think it's ridiculous that ANYONE assumes every FFXIV player is male until proven otherwise. For goddess' sake, this isn't Modern Warfare. It's a Final Fantasy game and an MMORPG. And even the "Bro of Duty" shooters are starting to let people play female characters in multiplayer.

I don't think anyone should tell you how or what to feel. How you feel about something is for you personally have to deal with on your own. No one is under any kind of obligation to cater to your feelings. I understand that your gender identity may be a sensitive subject and is a huge deal to you, however you need to also understand that other people don't think it is a big deal and don't care. You have no more right to tell them to care about about your personal circumstances than they do to tell you to about how you should feel.
