No, this game is not in a beta. Beta is over. This game is just in a poorly launched state with very slow fixes and has been for almost a year. SE said Beta ended when it ended. Go back and find the pre-launch posts. "Beta period has ended." No matter how people rationalize it, it's not a beta, just a poorly designed final product.
