For the last week or so I have been getting this error when starting the launcher.

I honestly have no idea what it means and when I try to enter the URL it just comes to a blank page. I have uninstalled and re-installed the game and that didn't help. I can still play the game I would just like to know why this keeps popping up.

Anyone have any idea what could be causing this?
