don't know if its still the case but back in the old days a lb would reset all cooldowns too, which had some uses in places
doesn't take long to build a LB1 and if you didn't have a caster to use meteor it was a good alternative to give the tank all their stuff back for big pulls

Old days how? I never recall that, but I've used it maybe twice total so I'm not doubting you, just wondering when they changed it. That would be useful.
