It's very hard to put this all in one topic and would be much more reasonable for having different threads for different things. i.e. Best party set up for PvP, Speed run dungeons, Primals, Coils, and however else would be best to split it up.

That could get annoying though with having 20 threads about essentially the same topic right in line with this one. On the other hand with this thread it is all compiled but looks like a wall of text like Sensyon's post. Ultimately though it isn't a DPS comparison, but a party setup comparison as different jobs work better in concert in different events. I'll post a few of my own inputs.

Speed runs: WAR/PLD (I'm not certain which), WHM, BLM, BRD.
WHM, BLM, and BRD all can do quick and high burst damage to 5+ targets. SMN and SCH are only efficient at 4 or less so it just depends on how big your pulls are. MNK doesn't do well at AoE. DRG would be a decent second place to either BLM or BRD, but the latter two together complement each other nicely.

For primals: PLD, WAR, WHM, SCH, MNK, DRG/BRD, SMN, BLM
Again, tanks can be whichever. I am not in tune with tanks to know which is better or worse. I just know as a SCH I get higher numbers from a WAR. WHM and SCHs work amazing in concert so any 8 man group works best with one of each. Primals are single target so MNK and SMN do really well here. SMNs will falter a bit when it comes to Garuda plumes and Ifrit Nails, any low HP target that will die by the time they can get their three DoTs up. MNKs, assuming they maintain their stacks, don't have quite as much ramp up here, and BLMs have 0 ramp up and can tear through them very quickly.

Granted I'm a SCH main and only recently started getting into SMN, so my actual job knowledge among the other DPS is fairly limited. It is however the format I believe you are looking for.
