This. While most of the classes are somewhat competent in the aoe dmg department, BLM just totally outclasses everything other jobs can throw out. While I get that people need to run dungeons on all classes, I never understood why people specifically recruited bards for speed runs. There's just no competition against BLM+BLM setup.

BF speedrun as a bard :
-Speed song.
-We are almost at the point of the first pull, Requiem.
-Use all your CD's, go full AOE's.
-Speed song.
-Get the key.
-Open the door while the BLM sleeps the mobs.
-Attack the boss, I don't need to stop, the tank will use a taunt.
-Kill the boss.
-Repeat.

Dragoons have a relative simple rotation that uses 2 seperate combos, DoTs and weaving in off-GCD skills to be efficient.

And really, it's in the 30's if you count off-GCD, which you should, because there is a best way to use them.

Well I think on single target its smn>mnk>drg=brd burst drg=brd>blm and aoe blm>>>>> all.or SOMEWHERE close to that.PvP wise top tier atm at arena smn/war/mayyyybe brd.
