What they need to do is stop nerfing everything, stop catering to the bad players and spreading this entitlement attitude that most of today's players have. Stop making things easier so bad players can play badly and progress regardless. You can do most of the older HM's w/o a tank and with 3 people these days. What I would love to see is them to start putting class restrictions on more gear. Drives me crazy when I do a random, or CT for retainer gear or just for laughs and there is tanks wearing int/mnd gear, healers in str/dex, melee in mnd/int etc. etc. etc just to pad their ilvls and cheat their way into a duty and perform and very sub par levels.

They are probably Spiritbinding gear.

no, if they were spiritbonding I would be more ok with it, they are using darklight and wolf pvp gear, that isn't for their class or has any useful stats whatsoever with it. if they were spiritbonding they usually have at least a decent amount of skill and produce in the group so they aren't drawing attention to themselves. try a ct, and 9/10 runs you will have at least 11 of the 24 who are grossly undergeared obviously cheating the ilvl to get in for "free loot" isn't free loot when you can't even clear the first boss, lol.

I don't know the actual statistic on it, but I'd venture to guess that approximately 60-70% of dps in this game far under perform for their given gear level.
