Can I get a facepalm "victory dance" whenever df's make fights unnecessarily epic and only barely manage to not wipe?
This IS a fun idea and I would love to see it implemented.
HOWEVER
of more importance to me would be to sync up the victory animation, whether it's custom or as it is now. Bugs the hell out of me that you see your entire party celebrate all together RIGHT on cue with the beginning of the victory fanfare music!... while your own character stands there stoically. Then, a second later, your character is like oh, are we celebrating, ok, let me do a little dance...
Seriously, what is up with that? They should all go off at the same time! =/

Not a bad idea. There should be an option to opt out of skipping it. Right now I have cutscenes skipped and I'm narcissistic enough to still want to see my character at the end of a dungeon cheering on... but I can't because its included.
At the very least have victory cutscenes as a separate option for skipping.
Actually yeah, this too. Sync it up and allow us to watch them even if we have the skip cutscene box checked. Travel cutscenes are already a separate tick box so why not these? If those two things were implemented, I can tell you I'd almost always watch the victory cutscene. It's short and a cute nod to the FF series, and it's fun to see everyone cheer at the end of a run. They could make us simply do a randomized buff action sans special effects.
They already look 'posable'... dunno why we have to stick with the /happy emote all the time.
But keep the specific emotes we do for tam-tara HM and battle on the big bridge. Or any future dungeon they decide to make a specific emote for.
