One word.. entitlement. People seem to think they're special and that it's acceptable to treat people they don't know with disrespect for next to no reason. Heaven forbid you waste a few minutes of their time, it's so precious you know.

I think the one word you were looking for is "grind".

People dont have patience because of the fact they have to do this crap over and over and the slightest mistakes most of the time slow this grind even more.

Blame the way the content is, not the players for having to put up with it.
