Complete Computer & Game Freezing unique to FFXIV

Recently playing again and I've come across an issue I never had before. I put the game down just before Leviathan was released and I've just come back now.

The issue is at undetermined times my game (And my computer along with it) completely freezes. I am unable to do anything except shut down my PC cold. This issue is only present while I play FFXIV:RR.
I've noticed it happens when ever I stand still for a little too long; If I go get coffee and come back it'll be frozen.
I'm a bit baffled.

Computer:
GPU: GeForce GTX 560 Ti (335.23v Drivers)
CPU: AMD Phenom(tm) II X6 1090T Processor
12.00 GB of RAM
Win7

I think I notice a slow decay in FPS from 50-40FPS on standard Graphic settings to a drop of 25FPS before the crash but I've not actually recorded or tested it.

I think I solved my issue.
For anyone who may be experiencing a similar issue it seems to be a problem with the current drivers for nvidia cards. I updated from 335.23 to the BETA 337.50 and the issue seems to be gone.
