PS4 Upgrade?

Has anyone had issue with upgrading their account to PS4?? Whenever I enter the supplied code it just sends me to the PS4 home screen. No Error Code, No game download, nothing. Anyone know what's going on?

I never even had to enter my code actually. I upgraded through computer though. And went from ps3 to ps4 no issues

Well I upgraded through the computer as well. But I still have to download on the PS4 as well though and I'm not getting that option without having to pay for it. But I'm partially stupid and realized on my way to work this morning that maybe I should've inserted my PS3 disc haha. So I will test that this afternoon and report whether that worked or not.

I was having this exact same problem, I think this might actually be a PSN issue and not a SE issue. I got around it by, right after entering my code and clicking "confirm" spamming the "x" button cause I could see that the confirmation of the code working WAS popping up. Just the store is just not working right and is more or less crashing to the main menus. Spamming "x" still made me go back to the menus but FFXIV was in my Library when going back into the PSN! And putting in the PS3 disc doesn't work, it's unreadable by the PS4. This definitely seems like a PSN issue.
