Hello,

I first noticed this after the patch launch, mainly because i had just hit 20 and wanted to set up all my action bars in my custom layout. All I did was add 2 action bars through Character Settings!

as soon as i hit apply and close my character turning and camera turning through the right mouse button stopped working. If I was on auto-run and click and held my right mouse button to make my character swerve left or right, all that would happen is my pointer would disappear. I would continue running straight. I could still press both buttons to stop running or to begin running. I then went back into the controls under Character setting and tried changing every option that i could one at a time and hitting apply to see if it fixed it and nothing worked. so i then reset my mouse settings to default, because prior to my checking every setting one by one, the only changes i had made was to add 2 action bars. Resetting to default did not work, nor help. After resetting to default my camera became permanently locked and not even my keybound camera controls could change my camera view. So i exited the game entirely and relaunched. when i logged in, i had my actions bars and everything was fine.

This has continued to happen to me since the new patch, about every 3rd time i launch the game and log in. I've tried using a different mouse and even tried to just use my touch pad but the same thing still happened. I have all up to date drivers.
