Can't download software for upgrade from PS3 to PS4

I've gone through the upgrade process and have the code to upgrade my collector's edition for the PS4 through the PS Store. Whenever I input the code I'm exited out of the Store and back to the home screen.

Please help.

Similar issue. Upgraded from PS3 to PS4 version. PSN store tells me the code has already been used when I click confirm.

Fortunately I was part of Beta 2 on the PS4 so I've got a client, but if this is anything like the other opening stages (PS3/PC) then there's going to be a large number who get exactly this issue but without having the client through other means.

Someone kick this up the line before it becomes a major issue for people please.

I'm also having this issue where when I put in my code I'm just exited right out the store to the home screen.

Try checking your recent download in the PS store? Because i was in Beta 2 i just got it from there. The code thing should've let you download the client though

I'm having this issue as well, and since I was not part of the beta testing, having just bought a PS4, it's extremely frustrating.

I have the same issue. Deleted the client and am attempting to redownload now. Hope this works. Been away for a while and have been missing out

Same issue here. My main account is on the PC, but I also have a PS3 version that I've already upgraded to the PS4, and each time I enter the code it just goes back to the PS4 home screen like nothing happened.

I have the same problem. Every time I input the code I get taken back to the PS4 home screen, and the FF14 client doesn't show up in my library. Nothing downloaded. Also noticed I can't get into the PS3 client right now either. However I don't know if that is due to going through the PS3/PS4 upgrade. Are the FF14 servers down?

I'm having this exact same issue right now. Frustrating !!!!

can't log on to PS3 version can't redeem the code and download the PS4 ver. Whenever I hit the confirm button for inputting the code, I get taken back to the home screen.
What's going on?
