    Unable de redeem PS4 upgrade code

    Yesterday i upgraded from PS3 to PS4 version, the Mog Station gave me a code (12 digits), i went to PS Store / redeem code, enter the code and the system take me back to start screen; the download never starts. Nothing in library, then nothing happen. i did that several times and always is the same. Beside SQE Support is not working now. did any had this problem?, how did you solve it?

    The players from http://xivpads.com/, gave me a suggestion: go to

    https://account.sonyentertainmentnet...d/login.action

    and redeem the code at "Redeem Prepaid Card" at least it recognize the code, later i will try to download.
