Whats the best way to get into raiding on this Server (EU TimeZone)

I've been playing FFXIV a month to the day, so with 3 jobs to 50 (BRD, WHM, PLD) and an ilvl 90 PLD to boot, I'm looking for more of an organised challenge.

I'm not looking to make the PLD my main, I've been using it for Myth Farming, I expect my main to be one of the new Jobs arriving in June (THF/NIN analog).

So the question is how do I break into the FFXIV raiding world?
Do I DF the first few turns? find a static? or just bite the bullet and apply somewhere?

I'm a Veteran of other MMO's always pushing the boundries, during the downtime between now and the release of the new jobs I'll building resources such that I hit the ground running when it arrives.

I'd first look for a FC doing end-game content like ex-primals and SCOB or find a static group. Our FC always recruiting for new ppl specially end-game players.

But should I use PF or DF to get experience of Turns 1-5 then apply to an Endgame FC, or just apply directly?

Unfortunately your FC appears to operate during hours I just cant. US vs EU timezones.

i would apply directly, if you find a good PF pug group for harder content like T5 or levi ex, ask their respective FCs if they're recruiting and ask if anyone is looking for your class that you play for static.
